The 2019 Forum on Internet Freedoms in Africa was hosted by the Collaboration on International ICT Policy for East and Southern Africa (CIPESA) and the Ethiopian Ministry of Innovation and Technology in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. This 6th landmark congress explored the highs and lows of the African digital landscape. As an online magazine, we curated a special exhibition expounding on the concept of freedom from the perspectives of young photographers from South Africa, Morocco, Kenya and Nigeria.
